Broiled Bluefish With Gin Recipe
- Bluefish fillets
- 1 x Lime
- 1 Tbsp. Dry onion flakes Pepper Melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Gin, or possibly so
- 1.
- Put fillet(s) in an oiled baking pan, sprinkle with the juice of the lime, dry onion flakes, pepper and a little melted butter.
- Let stand for 30 min or possibly so.
- 2.
- Broil in preheated broiler till nearly done.
- 3.
- Pull out of the broiler and pour over gin - mixed with a little more butter, I think.
- Return to broiler to flame.

- Bluefish a la puttanesca: Cover with puttanesca sauce (see a pasta book - tomatoes, black olives, anchovies, capers ...) and bake.
