Broiled Bluefish With Gin Recipe

  2. Put fillet(s) in an oiled baking pan, sprinkle with the juice of the lime, dry onion flakes, pepper and a little melted butter.
  3. Let stand for 30 min or possibly so.

  5. Broil in preheated broiler till nearly done.

  7. Pull out of the broiler and pour over gin - mixed with a little more butter, I think.
  8. Return to broiler to flame.

  10. Bluefish a la puttanesca: Cover with puttanesca sauce (see a pasta book - tomatoes, black olives, anchovies, capers ...) and bake.
