Macaroni Ham & Cheese Summertime Salad

  1. Cook macaroni to al dente in boiling, salted water.
  2. Drain and toss with 1 teaspoon of EVOO to prevent sticking.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. When macaroni has cooled, add diced egg, cheese and ham.
  5. Stir together.
  6. Add peas if desired.
  7. Add remaining ingredients and stir together.
  8. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  9. Be sure to stir the salad before serving.
