No-Fat Banana-Split Pie
- 2 cups cookies fatfree cinnamon snacks
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar plus
- 1 1/2 packets sugar substitute
- 4 tablespoons butter buds® liquid
- 2 each bananas sliced
- 2 cups pudding mix, sugar-free fat-free, vanilla
- 1 cup pineapple, canned, crushed drained
- 2 cups whipped topping, prepared lite
- 2 cups strawberries fresh sliced
- Crust: Combine all ingredients and press into the bottom of an 8-inch pie pan.
- Bake at 350F (180C) for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Filling: Layer ingredients in crust in order listed.
- Refrigerate and serve.
