  1. In a bowl whisk together garlic, mustard, black pepper, and white pepper and whisk in the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and warm pepper sauce.
  2. Add in the lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk and whisk the dressing till it is combined well.
  3. Mix in the blue cheese and refrigeratethe dressing, covered, overnight.
