15-Minute Chicken Soft Tacos

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min.
  3. or until done.
  4. Add water, salsa and seasoning mix; stir.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Stir in rice; cover.
  7. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min.
  8. Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto tortillas; sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Fold up sides of tortillas to enclose filling.
