- 6 american skinless hot dog sausages
- 2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup soda water
- heat oil in deep fryer to 180
- combine soda and flour to make a thick pancake mixture thickness batter.
- soda should be cold as possible for besr results.
- dip cold sausages in batter coatin them well,double dipping is encouraged.
- carefully drop coated snags into heated oil,turning them once to brown outside evenly.
