  1. heat oil in deep fryer to 180
  2. combine soda and flour to make a thick pancake mixture thickness batter.
  3. soda should be cold as possible for besr results.
  4. dip cold sausages in batter coatin them well,double dipping is encouraged.
  5. carefully drop coated snags into heated oil,turning them once to brown outside evenly.
