Chocolate-Coconut Frosting
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3 (1-1/2 oz. each) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars
- 1 tbsp. butter
- margarine
- 1 cup Mounds Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- In 1 small saucepan and cornstarch; stir in evaporated milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; remove from heat.
- Add chocolate bar pieces and butter; stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Stir in coconut and nuts.
- Immediately spread on cake.
