Beef `N Mushroom Pie Recipe
- 9" pie crust
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) tomato soup
- 1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. dry parsley
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 325 degrees for 45 min.
- Brown grnd beef till done; brown onion, pepper and mushrooms; remove fat.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into shell.
- Cover top with 5 potatoes, peeled and mashed.
- Fold 1 beaten egg into mashed potatoes and put on top of meat mix.
- Cheese may be added before placing mashed potatoes on.
