Beef `N Mushroom Pie Recipe

• 9" pie crust
• 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
• 1/3 c. minced onion
• 1/3 c. minced green pepper
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) tomato soup
• 1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
• 1 tbsp. dry parsley
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/4 c. sugar

1. 325 degrees for 45 min.
2. Brown grnd beef till done; brown onion, pepper and mushrooms; remove fat.
3. Add in remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into shell.
5. Cover top with 5 potatoes, peeled and mashed.
6. Fold 1 beaten egg into mashed potatoes and put on top of meat mix.
7. Cheese may be added before placing mashed potatoes on.
