Easy Meat Sauce Pasta

  1. Peel the carrot and mince.
  2. Peel the onion and mince.
  3. Soak for about 5 minutes in chilled water (to mellow the sharpness).
  4. Stir-fry the ground meat, carrots, and onions.
  5. When the meat starts to turn pale, add the flour and stir until evenly incorporated.
  6. Add the water and soup stock granules, then simmer for about 3 minutes over low heat.
  7. Add the ketchup, then stir until evenly blended.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, then it's ready!
  9. Boil the pasta.
  10. Here is the trick to boiling the pasta to al dente!
  11. After boiling for one minute, turn off the heat and cover with a lid.
  12. Allow to sit in the boiled water for the boiling time instructed, and it's done!
