Sweet Chipotle Wing Glaze

• 12 cup brown sugar corn syrup
• 14 cup brown sugar
• 34 teaspoon garlic powder
• 14 teaspoon onion powder
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 5 -10 dashes TABASCO brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Heat in microwave for 1 minute This is to melt the sugar and meld all the flavors.
3. Cool.
4. If you pour the glaze warm it tends to be thin and doesn't really adhere as well.
5. Pour over cooked wings and toss.
