Meat Stuffing for Turkey

  1. First fry hamburg and sausage until brown.
  2. In another frying pan saute chopped onions and celery in margarine until soft.
  3. Then dice giblets and fry until browned.
  4. Combine all above ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Add eggs, sage, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
  6. Mix thoroughly and stuff bird just prior to roasting.
