Upside-Down Apple Tart

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Melt butter in 10-inch ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add dry jelly powder and cinnamon; cook and stir 2 min.
  4. or until jelly powder is dissolved.
  5. Arrange single layer of apples in circular pattern on bottom of skillet.
  6. Top with any remaining apples.
  7. Cook on medium-low heat 8 min.
  8. or until apples begin to soften and jelly powder mixture starts to thicken; cover with pie crust.
  9. Discard foil pan from crust.
  10. Bake 20 min.
  11. or until crust is golden and apples are tender.
  12. Cool 3 min.
  13. Using oven mitts, place large serving plate on top of skillet.
  14. Holding skillet and plate together, carefully turn skillet over; remove skillet.
  15. Cool tart slightly.
  16. Top each serving with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  17. Cool Whip.
