Frozen Strawberry Shortcake Treats

• 16 Peek Freans Lifestyle Selections Shortcake Biscuits
• 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
• 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1. Fill biscuits with Cool Whip and berries to make 8 sandwiches; press together lightly.
2. Freeze 4 hours.
3. Wrap individually.
4. Freeze up to 3 days.
5. Melt chocolate as directed on package just before serving cookie sandwiches.
6. Drizzle over sandwiches; let stand until chocolate is firm.
