Deviled Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
- 24 mushrooms (1 1/2 inch caps)
- 1 (4 1/4 ounce.) can Underwood deviled ham
- 3 tbsp. onions, chopped
- Dash of steak sauce
- 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 24 melba rounds
- Wash mushrooms, remove stem.
- Chp stems finely.
- Mix with deviled ham, onion, steak sauce and bread crumbs.
- Fill caps with ham mix, rounding slightly.
- Place in shallow pan.
- Broil slowly for 15 min.
- Serve each on small Melba Toast Rounds.
- Makes 24 stuffed mushrooms.
