Taco Seasoning

  1. Mix together all items.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. 3 tablespoons per pound of meat.
  4. 2/3 cup water per pound if meat.
  5. I fry up an onion and some garlic then add my ground meat to brown with the veggies.
  6. After browned, I drain the fat, then add the seasoning and water.
  7. I simmer until most of the water has evaporated.
