Kt's Mix and Match Mac Salad
- 1 (16 ounce) box medium pasta shells
- 14 teaspoon celery seed
- 13 cup diced hamburger dills
- 14 cup diced sweet onion
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 12 lemons, juice of, fresh or 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 (8 ounce) packageshredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- salt and pepper, to your liking
- boil pasta in salted water with a lil olive oil to al dente.
- In a small saucepan add water and a lil oil and salt bring to boil and add eggs, when eggs have cooked run cold water over them crack a few times then roll them the shells will fall off.
- While pasta and eggs are cooking dice your onions and dill pickles.
- When pasta is done run cool water through pasta and drain.
- In large mixing bowl add pasta, eggs, onions and pickles.
- Add the rest of the ingredients mix well and chill for at least 2 hours If you want more mayo add before serving and mix well.
- If you need this salad in a hurry put it in the freezer for about a half hr and then add some more mayo.
