Rotisserie Pork Roast

  1. put first 8 ingredients into blender, blend for about a minute.
  2. score pork roast, place in ziplock bag, pour marinade into bag, seal and marinate at least two days, flipping occasionally.
  3. prepare grill for rotisserie, sprinkle a bit of Montreal seasoning on entire roast, rotisserie for about an hour and a half or until cooked through.
  4. allow meat to rest for at least 10 minutes, enjoy!
