Rotisserie Pork Roast
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup goya mojo marinade
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 jalapenos
- 1 half of medium red onion
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp charcoal seasoning
- 5 lb pork roast
- 1 Montreal seasoning
- put first 8 ingredients into blender, blend for about a minute.
- score pork roast, place in ziplock bag, pour marinade into bag, seal and marinate at least two days, flipping occasionally.
- prepare grill for rotisserie, sprinkle a bit of Montreal seasoning on entire roast, rotisserie for about an hour and a half or until cooked through.
- allow meat to rest for at least 10 minutes, enjoy!
