Time-Out Cheese Triangles

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Cut cheese crosswise into 10 (1/2-inch-thick) slices; cut each slice diagonally in half to form two triangles.
  3. Beat egg in small shallow dish.
  4. Empty coating mix into separate shallow dish.
  5. Dip cheese in egg, then in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each cheese piece with the coating mix.
  6. Place in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.
  7. Broil 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until cheese is softened.
  9. Serve warm as dippers with the pasta sauce.
