Time-Out Cheese Triangles
- 1 pkg. (200 g) Cracker Barrel Brick Cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Original Coating Mix
- 2/3 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, warmed
- Preheat broiler.
- Cut cheese crosswise into 10 (1/2-inch-thick) slices; cut each slice diagonally in half to form two triangles.
- Beat egg in small shallow dish.
- Empty coating mix into separate shallow dish.
- Dip cheese in egg, then in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each cheese piece with the coating mix.
- Place in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Broil 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese is softened.
- Serve warm as dippers with the pasta sauce.
