Buttered Rum Freezer Mix
- 1 cup butter, at room temp
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 cup sifted icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pint softened vanilla ice cream
- boiling water
- rum-like captain morgan spiced rum
- 4 inches cinnamon sticks
- Cream together butter, sugar's, spices, and mix in ice cream.
- Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight-it wont go totaly solid.
- Heat mugs, boil water.
- In 1 hot mug add 4 T.
- of the mix and 3-4 T Rum.
- Fill with boiling water, stir and add a cinnamon stick.
- Ready any time you are!
