Simmered Pea Shoots and Aburaage

  1. Cut, rinse, and drain the pea sprouts.
  2. Pour hot water over the abura-age to remove the oil, then cut into short strips.
  3. Bring the * ingredients to a boil, then add the abura-age.
  4. Once the abura-age has softened, add the pea shoots, and simmer briefly before turning off the heat.
  5. After cutting off the pea sprouts, soak the beans in water and they will sprout again.
  6. Give it a try!
