Extravagant Milk Jello
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- 1/4 piece Vanilla beans
- 1/2 tsp Or vanilla essence
- 5 grams Powdered gelatin
- 1 heaping teaspoon Strawberry jam
- 1 tsp Water
- Make lengthwise cuts in the vanilla beans and crack open.
- Scrape the seeds.
- Add vanilla pod, seeds, milk, and condensed milk in a pot over low heat.
- Tip Don't ever boil.
- When the edge of the pan is slightly bubbly, remove from heat.
- Add the powdered gelatin and stir to dissolve.
- Pass through a tea strainer and pour into a container.
- When it's slightly cooled down, chill in the fridge to harden.
- Enjoy with strawberry sauce: addd jam and water in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 20 seconds!
- No need for plastic wrap!
