Old fashioned gravy

• 4 oz Turkey broth
• 1 Turkey neck
• 1 stalk celery with leaves, cut up
• 1/2 small onion
• 1 Salt
• 4 cup Water
• 1/4 cup Flour
• 1 Black pepper

1. Mix them together on the heat and let flour cooks.
