BBQ Chicken Stromboli
- 1 package (about 13 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, sliced, divided
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Unroll pizza dough on baking sheet; pat into 12x9-inch rectangle.
- Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in medium bowl until well blended.
- Spread chicken mixture lengthwise down center of dough, leaving 2 1/2 inch border.
- Sprinkle with cheese and 2 green onions.
- Fold long sides of dough over filling; press edges to seal.
- Sprinkle with remaining green onion.
- Bake 19 to 22 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
