Jalapeno and Chicken Kebabs
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Coriander
- 3/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 6 whole Chicken Tenders
- 6 whole Jalapenos
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- Mix together honey, vinegar, coriander and cumin.
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put in the marinade for at least 1 hour.
- If you are using wooden skewers, allow them to soak in water for 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove stem and seeds from the jalapenos and cut into bite size pieces.
- Remove chicken from marinade, set marinade aside.
- Make skewers, alternating chicken and and jalapenos.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Brush with marinade a few times while cooking.
- Remove and serve.
