Pepper Steak

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt butter and add bite-sized pieces of steak.
  3. Cook until fully cooked/browned.
  4. Add salt, pepper, water, bouillon cube, green peppers and onion.
  5. Cook on high until hot, then simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Add tomato wedges, stir and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water.
  8. Add to pan, stir and simmer another 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  9. Serve over hot rice.
  10. Add more soy sauce to taste.
