Tomato Cheese Bake Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine macaroni, lowfat milk, half of the Parmesan cheese, onion, Large eggs, and seasonings.
  3. Mix well; stir in Mozzarella cheese and pour half in a greased 2 qt casserole.
  4. Top with one tomato sliced, then remaining macaroni mix.
  5. Toss crumbs with butter.
  6. Arrange remaining tomato on top and sprinkle with crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 min.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
  9. Serves 6-8.
