Fruit and Almond Melange with Raspberry Vinaigrette

  1. Mix dressing and poppy seed; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Toss almonds with sugar in skillet; cook on mendium-high heat until lightly caramelized, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. For each serving: Place 3 cups salad greens in carry-out salad container.
  6. Top with 1 scoop cottage cheese, 1/2 cup cantaloupe, 1/2 cup honeydew, 4 strawberries, 1/4 cup grapes and 2 Tbsp.
  7. almonds.
  8. Place 3 Tbsp.
  9. of the dressing mixture in portion cup; cover with lid.
  10. Place cup in salad container; close container lid.
  11. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
