Easy Mizuna and Daikon Radish Salad

  1. Cut up the vegetables: Cut the mizuna greens up into 3 cm wide pieces.
  2. Finely julienne the daikon radish.
  3. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Please adjust the amount of mentsuyu sauce to your taste.
  5. Mix the sauce with the well drained vegetables.
  6. Let the flavors blend together a bit, and it's done.
