Indian Masala

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Use as a rub.
  3. I put it on at least 2 hours before grilling and chill the meat.
  4. Then 1 hour before grilling pull it out of the fridge.
  5. And bring it up to room temperature.

hot, sweet paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, fresh ground black, white pepper, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground turmeric, ground cayenne
