Cabbage Salad

• 1/3 cup wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cups green cabbage, cut into thin strips
• 2 cups red cabbage, cut into thin strips

1. Whisk together vinegar and melted butter.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix with cabbage.
4. Prepare well ahead of dinnertime so that the flavors can marry.
