Crunchy Cheese Crisps
- 14 cup potato chips, finely crushed
- 14 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 14 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Shape into 3/4" balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet, flattening slightly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove to wire rack to cool.
