Mexi Quiche`
- 1 refridgerated pie crust
- 10 eggs
- 1 diced tomatoe
- 1/2 finely diced jalapeno
- 1/2 finely diced Serrano chili
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cilantro flakes
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack
- 1 cup shredded oaxaca cheese
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- preheat oven to 375. add pie crust to a pie baking pan set aside.
- scramble eggs add all chopped ingredients, creams, seasonings, drained mushrooms & diced ham.
- bake for 45-55 minutes
