Chicken And Broccoli Casserole
- 1 large box frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 single pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- Boil chicken breasts until they are white and tender.
- While these are cooking, also cook broccoli by package directions.
- When done, debone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Spread broccoli in bottom of Pyrex dish.
- Layer with chicken.
- Mix soup, curry powder, mayonnaise and lemon juice together and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Crush crackers and mix with margarine and spread on top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 325u0b0 for 35 minutes.
