Potato Porage
- 5 lbs potatoes, peeled
- 1 lb carrot, peeled
- 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 12 cup cream cheese
- 12 cup sour cream
- 12 cup ranch dressing
- 6 tablespoons tbsps hot sauce
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large onion
- 5 garlic cloves
- Boil carrots 15 minutes.
- Add potatoes boil additional 15 minutes.
- While those are boiling, saute onion till soft; add garlic and finish sauteing.
- Drain water from potatoes and carrots.
- Add onion and garlic.
- Add remaining ingredients.
