Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
- 12 cup fish sauce (nuoc mam)
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup water
- 14 cup grated carrot
- 14 cup grated daikon radish
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 12 lime, juice
- chili oil
- Mix all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
