KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Bruschetta-Style Pork Chops

  1. Pour half the Simmer Sauce into pie plate; place bread crumbs in separate pie plate.
  2. Dip chops, 1 at a time, in sauce, then in crumbs, turning to evenly coat with crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add chops; cook 6 to 8 min.
  5. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  6. Top with remaining Simmer Sauce and Finishing Sauce; simmer 3 min.
  7. or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella; cover.
  9. Simmer on low heat 1 min.
  10. Remove from heat; let stand 2 min.
  11. before serving.
