Roasted Shrimp and Cocktail Sauce

  1. Thaw shrimp.
  2. Toss shrimp with oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Put shrimp in a single layer on a foil lined sheet pan and roast at 350F for 5-10 minutes or until shrimp just start to turn pink.
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Mix ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, Tabasco and lemon juice together.
  6. Serve cocktail sauce chilled along with shrimp.
