Spicy Baked Buffalo Bites
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 oz.), cooked, shredded (about 3/4 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 36 woven wheat crackers
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Toss chicken with mustard and hot pepper sauce.
- Spoon about 1 tsp.
- of the chicken mixture onto each cracker; place on baking sheet.
- Drizzle evenly with melted butter.
- Mix cheese and celery; spoon about 1/2 tsp.
- of the cheese mixture onto each topped cracker.
- Bake 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with additional hot pepper sauce, if desired.
