Cheesy Veggie Burger Brunch Casserole
- 6 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen BOCA Grilled Vegetable Veggie Burgers
- 3/4 cup chopped zucchini
- 3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Place bread slices in single layer in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top each bread slice with 1 burger; sprinkle with vegetables and Italian seasoning.
- Beat egg product and milk with whisk until blended; pour over vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is puffed and lightly browned.
