Hawaiian Atsuage Poke
- 350 grams Atsuage
- 1/4 Onion (medium)
- 1 Green onions (finely sliced)
- 4 squeezes Ra-yu
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 pinch Ichimi chilli pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Cut the atsuage into cubes.
- Cut the onion into thin wedges.
- Cut the green onion into thin rounds.
- Add the atsuage, onion, and green onion into a bowl.
- Mix in the ingredients, and let it chill in the fridge so the flavour gets absorbed.
- Serve on a plate and you're done.
