Peppy Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Rinse pumpkin seeds.
  3. Remove any pulp and fiber.
  4. Pat seeds dry with paper towels.
  5. Spread seeds in an ungreased 15 X 10 X 1 inch pan.
  6. Drizzle with oil.
  7. Stir to coat.
  8. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once, until deep golden brown and crisp.
  9. Sprinkle warm seeds with taco seasoning mix.
  10. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
