Clementines with Balsamic and Black Pepper

  1. Peel and separate segments of clementines.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss clementines, vinegar and sugar together and mix.
  3. Divide among 4 martini glasses, careful to get all the vinegar out of the bowl.
  4. Crack fresh pepper over the top and serve.
