Clementines with Balsamic and Black Pepper
- 8 sweet clementines (or substitute other sm. seedless citrus)
- 1 fl. oz. best-quality balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Peel and separate segments of clementines.
- In a mixing bowl, toss clementines, vinegar and sugar together and mix.
- Divide among 4 martini glasses, careful to get all the vinegar out of the bowl.
- Crack fresh pepper over the top and serve.
