Cookies in a Jiffy

• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 2/3 cup quick cooking oats
• 1/2 cup butter
• margarine, melted
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup red and green holiday M&Ms
• butterscotch chips

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the first four ingredients.
2. Stir in the M&Ms or chips.
3. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
4. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Immediately remove to wire racks to cool.
