Simple Baked Curry Rice Casserole
- 1 Left over keema curry
- 1 as much as you plan to eat Hot cooked white rice
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cheese
- 1 Butter (to mix with the rice)
- 1 Parmesan cheese or panko
- 1 Dried parsley (to sprinkle on top)
- Place the rice in a heat-resistant bowl and top with leftover keema curry, egg, and cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 240C for 20 minutes until it turns golden brown.
- (You can also bake it in a toaster oven.)
- Mix the butter into the white rice.
- Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese or panko before baking for a crisp.
