Baked Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Clean mushrooms; remove and finely chop stems.
  3. Place mushroom caps in a shallow baking pan.
  4. Melt margarine in skillet and add chopped stems, bread crumbs and seasonings.
  5. Saute about 5 minutes.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with bread mixture.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
