Chocolate-Marshmallow Cookies

  1. Chop 6 oz.
  2. chocolate; place in medium microwaveable bowl.
  3. Add butter.
  4. Microwave on MEDIUM 2 min.
  5. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  6. Stir in sugar.
  7. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each.
  8. Add combined flour and baking powder; mix well.
  9. (Dough will be very soft.)
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  11. Heat oven to 350F.
  12. Roll rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into 34 balls, each about 1-1/4 inches in diameter.
  13. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  14. Bake 8 to 9 min.
  15. or until no longer wet and shiny.
  16. (Cookies will still be soft.)
  17. Immediately top each cookie with marshmallow half, cut-side down.
  18. Bake 2 min.
  19. or until marshmallows start to puff.
  20. Cool 5 min.
  21. on baking sheets; transfer to wire racks.
  22. Cool completely.
  23. Chop remaining chocolate; place in small microwaveable bowl.
  24. Microwave on MEDIUM 2 min.
  25. ; stir until completely melted.
  26. Stir in milk until well blended.
  27. Drizzle over cookies.
  28. Refrigerate 15 min.
  29. or until chocolate is firm.
