Holiday Waldorf Salad

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water and lemon juice.
  3. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  4. Add mayo gradually, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
  5. Stir in apple and celery.
  6. Pour into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold onto serving plate.
  9. Store leftover salad in refrigerator.
