Cappucino walnut toffee

  1. Preheat to 350
  2. Butter a 15x10 jelly roll pan
  3. Bake walnuts at 350 in single layer 8-10 min, stir halfway through
  4. Melt 1 1/4 c butter in sauce pan med heat
  5. Stir in sugar, next 5 ingredients and 1/3 water
  6. Stir constantly about 20 min
  7. Remove from heat and add walnuts
  8. Quickly pour mixture into prepared pan
  9. Sprinke milk choc and white choc over top
  10. Let srand 5 min and swirl w/ spatula
  11. Cover and chill 1 hr

walnuts, butter, sugar, brown sugar, unsulphered molasses, espresso, ground cinnamon, salt, milk, white choc morsels
