Cappucino walnut toffee
- 2 cup Walnuts
- 1 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dark unsulphered molasses
- 2 tsp Instant espresso
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk choc morsels
- 1 cup White choc morsels
- Preheat to 350
- Butter a 15x10 jelly roll pan
- Bake walnuts at 350 in single layer 8-10 min, stir halfway through
- Melt 1 1/4 c butter in sauce pan med heat
- Stir in sugar, next 5 ingredients and 1/3 water
- Stir constantly about 20 min
- Remove from heat and add walnuts
- Quickly pour mixture into prepared pan
- Sprinke milk choc and white choc over top
- Let srand 5 min and swirl w/ spatula
- Cover and chill 1 hr
