Quick Chili

  1. Dice onions (enough for 1/2 to 1 cup), mince garlic, and chop bell pepper and tomato.
  2. Toss into wok or skillet to cook with ground beef stir-fry style over medium-high heat until beef is browned and veggies are tender.
  3. Add can of beans (any kind you like) and tomato sauce.
  4. I prefer spicy tomato sauces (i.e.
  5. Arrabiata), but any kind will do.
  6. Mix together, and stir in chili powder, cayenne, onion and garlic powder (measurements are approximate use as much or as little as you like).
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Lower heat to a simmer and continue cooking until you are ready to serve make sure to give the flavors time to come together.
