Mom's Crawfish Pies

  1. Melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Chop green onions finely and cook in melted butter and blend until bubbly.
  3. Add mushrooms and celery and continue to cook for 5 minutes longer.
  4. Add crawfish tails with juice, finely chopped mushrooms, cooking sherry, and salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer until warm.
  6. Fill pastry shells and serve.
